		<description>Red oxide that is cancerous and spreads.. but now its turned into a stable Black oxide that is more stable.  Once paint is put over it, and isnt open to air and﻿ water anymore, it shouldnt spread. Also doesnt hurt to put some baking soda in the water to help nuetralize the acid from the the vinegar, especially in pinchwelds.</description>

The last thing you﻿ want to do is paint over metal that still has acid on it, especially in the pinch welds and other hard to reach areas..  otherwise you car will rust even worse than it originally did, within a few months.

Baking soda is an alkaline, where as Vinegar is an acid.. you are basically returning the PH levels back to normal.. if you soda blasted your car, you might not need this.</description>
